Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within the UAE
We offer standard shipping across the UAE. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after your order is processed.

  • Flat rate shipping: AED 25

  • Free shipping on orders over AED 250

International Shipping
We currently ship to select regional & international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country.

  • Standard international delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
